SRH Campus Hamburg's students of the master programme Master of Arts International Business Leadership successfully completed their courses in ‘Contracting and Negotiation’ and ‘Change Management’ of the first semester today.

Based on SRH's CORE concept, students under the guidance of SRH Campus Hamburg’s Academic Head Prof. Dr. Cordelia Friesendorf, developed proficiencies in international contracting methods, principal-agent constellations and in negotiation design. Drafting change management proposals using the McKinsey technique and Kotter's principles rounded off the interactive sessions.

Academic writing, scientific argumentation and rhetorical presentation were part of the soft-skills students were trained in during the 5-week block of lecturing sessions. Additionally, students were trained to solve problems by taking the senior manager perspective to aim for strategic success of contracting, negotiating and change management initiatives.
