Prof. Dr. Victoria Büsch and Prof. Dr. Cordelia Friesendorf met with Honorable Mr. John Herbert Ruolngul, the Consul General of India and his team at the Indian consulate premises in Kohlhöfen, Hamburg.

Prof. Dr. Victoria Büsch and Prof. Dr. Cordelia Friesendorf of SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences and SRH Campus Hamburg met with Honorable Mr. John Herbert Ruolngul, the Consul General of India and his team at the Indian consulate premises in Kohlhöfen, Hamburg.

In the aftermath of India's Prime Minister Modi's recent visit to German Chancellor Scholz, both nations commit to collaborate on economy, security, and climate issues. 14 declarations of intent were signed of which the principal agreements were on: the futuristic hydrogen technology; and, the mobility-and-migration pact, first of its kind, to address the shrinking labor market in Germany.

SRH Universities and Schools have long partnered with businesses, science institutions abroad. In the past years, we have identified probably the highest potential for recruiting and training professionals from India as very effective in catering to the investment and labor market needs of the German economy.

Offering bachelors and masters programmes in management, digital transformation, technology, and engineering, the SRH is already insourcing talent from India. In our meeting we agreed to intensifying this cooperation.

We thank the Honorable Consul General to Hamburg and his wonderful team for this valuable opportunity!
