Last week we hosted Prof. Dr. Jörg Hruby from Tecnológico de Monterrey University in Mexico in the " Managing People Diversity and New Work" hybrid course.
Prof. Dr. Jörg Hruby gave a very interesting lecture about "Importance of global mindset in managing diversity at workplaces". SRH Campus Hamburg students in "M. A. International Business and Leadership" study programme gained an insight on the complexity of global mindset and learned about the set of skills which is required for a leader in a global setting.
